Kuwait Finance House–Bahrain has honored another batch of employees under the ‘Fursan Baytik’ Employee Recognition programme in recognition of their outstanding achievements and performance during the first quarter of 2019.
Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO at KFH-Bahrain, presented awards and certificates of appreciation to the employees at an award ceremony held at the Bank’s Headquarters located at Bahrain World Trade Center, in the presence of several officials and executives from the Bank. The honored employees for the quarter were Yaqoob Nabeel Al Hamer from the Corporate Banking Group under the ‘Teamwork’ Award category, Safeya Shawqi Al Alawi from the Credit Review Department for the ‘Smart Performance’ Award Category, and Tameem Ashraf Nada from the Risk Management Department for the ‘Teamwork’ Award Category.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat revealed: “In line with our strategy that aims to inspire continuous excellence, innovation and creativity, we take pride in continually highlighting the outstanding achievements of our high potential employees for their exemplary achievements and performance and to reward them for their valuable contributions and keenness to thrive as excellent performers.”

‘Fursan Baytik’ Programme is an employee recognition program that recognizes the achievements of KFH employee members, on quarterly basis, in areas such as smart performance, innovation, leadership, teamwork, ambassadorship, customer service, as well as professional and academic development, and social responsibility.
