Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain recently honored 6 more employees under the "Fursan Baytik" Employee Recognition Program for their outstanding achievements during the second and third quarters of 2016. The employees were selected based on the preset criteria of outstanding performance in various categories of outstanding achievements at work. As part of the program, each employee received a cash gift and a recognition certificate by the management team. At the award ceremony held at the KFH-Bahrain headquarters, Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO together with Executive Managers and Departments Heads presented the 6 employees with their awards and certificates of appreciation. The Awarded employees for the two quarters were Mr. Maitham A.Hameed Haji, Mr. Mohammed Salah Raees and Mr. Ali Abdulmohsen AlMahdi for the ‘Smart Performance’ Award Category, Mrs. Layla Ebrahim Baba for ‘Leadership’, Mrs. Zainab Abdulhameed Monshed for ‘Teamwork’, and Mr. Mansoor Nabeel AlGhurair for ‘Customer Service’ Award Categories. During the Ceremony, Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, commented: “We are proud of the outstanding achievements of these distinguished employees who have proven their distinctiveness and deserved, for their efforts and perseverance, to be awarded under "Fursan Baytik" Program. Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat added: "Employees are considered a key resource for the success of our Bank, and they play a vital role towards its progression and advancement. The winners described this award as a source of motivation to exert more efforts towards the Bank’s success. The “Fursan Baytik” Employees Recognition Program aim to honor and appreciate the achievements of employees in the Bank based on a set of criteria that considers their performance both during work and in their own time out of the office in order to motivate and develop their potential. Employees are nominated every quarter from all departments within the Bank and a special committee selects employees who fall within the pre-defined criteria. Candidates for the award would need to be recognized for having a positive attitude towards work and colleagues, providing an outstanding level of service to a customer, leadership, innovation, teamwork and active participation in team achievement. The committee also considers employee's achievements outside work such as pursuing and attaining professional certificates or academic degrees in order to motivate them for self-development.
