Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain announced its cooperation with The BENEFIT Company to be the first Bank to launch a new feature that will allow customers to inquire about and pay their credit card bills seamlessly using the Fawateer service available through the Bank’s online payment channels as well as via the BenefitPay application.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Hamed Mashal, Head of Retail Banking at KFH–Bahrain said: “As part of our ongoing digital transformation strategy, we are pleased to offer our valued customers the digital service of credit card bill inquiry and payments through Fawateer service with Benefit. This facility is available to all clients via the Bank’s official digital channels as well as through the BenefitPay application. We are continuously committed to enhancing our customers’ banking experience by enabling them to complete their transactions seamlessly through digital banking platforms. Therefore, we highly value this fruitful cooperation with Benefit, and we look forward to enhancing our banking services with innovative features in the coming future.”
