Kuwait Finance House–Bahrain has announced the launch of its financing offer for the last batch of villas in the third and fourth phases of the Deerat Al Oyoun project in Diyar Al Muharraq. The offer is available exclusively to valued customers benefiting from the Ministry of Housing’s Mazaya Social Housing Scheme.
KFH-Bahrain aims to launch offers intended at enhancing citizens’ lives by benefiting from the Mazaya real estate program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank. The bank offers several features to facilitate the customers’ ownership of their homes in the Deerat Al Oyoun project, with access to Shari’a-compliant financing of up to BD120,000, with competitive profit rates and a flexible repayment period of up to 30 years. In addition, customers will be exempted from the first down payment of additional financing covering the value of the property, as well as receiving free fire insurance throughout the financing period, with additional financing of up to BD12,000 to furnish the house.
The third and fourth phases in the Deerat Al Oyoun project contain 1,061 residential villas ready for immediate purchase, which are available in four designs including Bahraini, modern, Spanish and Mediterranean architectural styles, with a land area starting from 205 square meters and a building area starting from 227 square meters, which is expandable to each 268 square meters. The villas consist of four bedrooms, two halls, a kitchen, a living area, four toilets, indoor parking for two cars, a spacious back garden and a balcony.
