As part of the Bank’s assiduous efforts to develop talent and promote knowledge and continued education for all of its employees, Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain announced the roll out of several virtual and e-learning training programs delivered year round. The programs are aimed at promoting continued education using the Bank’s “Baytik Virtual Academy” state-of-the-art in-house training platform which was developed early this year, along with the adoption of other state of the art digital solutions implemented over the course of 2020 to provide opportunities to all of the Bank’s employees for effective training and development.
Baytik Virtual Academy in-house platform provides various training and education programs, including e-learning and virtual learning programs in different fields. The platform also provides in-house training programs developed and delivered by experienced KFH trainers, as well as outsourced external training programs arranged with speakers and trainers from various local and international training institutions.
In addition, KFH Group has recently partnered with LinkedIn Learning to provide more education opportunities to all employees across the group. This partnership enables KFH employees access to unlimited digital e-learning content and diverse educational and learning solutions. Moreover, employees can use the LinkedIn Learning platform to customize their educational experience by selecting the training content, duration and level based on each employee’s individual requirements and preferences.

KFH–Bahrain adopts several professional standards in the assessment of training needs and the development of short and long range training plans for the Bank’s employees, in addition to using state of the art technology to assess training needs and submit and approved training requests.
